Silk reluctantly teams up with an adversary to fight a demon god in #5 finale

Wonder Comics is no unknown to hero/scoundrel team-ups, but seldom do those squad-ups feature the undercurrent of sexual attraction - but that's what is forthcoming in incoming week's Silk #5.
In the finale of Maurene Goo and Takeshi Miyazawa's Silk moderate serial, the Spider-family's Cindy Moon is teaming up with a recently introduced equal named Saya Ishii to fight her old henchman, the cat demon Kasha, and an ancient demon god they summoned.

Silk #5 prevue
This all came about as Silk was investigating a string out of murders where gangsters were the victims. She discovered that tech CEO Saya Ishii was behind IT all, using the cat demon as her tools - but didn't count on Kasha putting to death, not to mention sacrificing, her targets.
Silk's estimation of Ishii is violet-coloured even more when she learns she's secretly the daughter of the standard Spider-Humanity villain Silvermane. What she hasn't well-read yet is that she's too the brother of Silk's healer, Max.
Awkward.
After being at odds with each other for most of the Silk series, in Silk #5 Silk and Saya are reluctantly teaming up - and if you crapper read between the lines of the pages above, you tail see on that point's some attractiveness there too (although information technology may not be reciprocal).
"Even though I normally write lifelike novels about teenaged girls, I've always wanted to exercise my carry through-writing chops. And witty humorous book quips," Goo told Newsarama recently. "Silk, in especial, is so wonderful because I love her origin story of choosing to be in a bunker to help her family, and I have intercourse that she actively tries to work on her psychic trauma through and through therapy. As a writer, it's rich soil to explore but her story resonated with Pine Tree State in person, too."
The creative person R has drawn the intense cover to Silk #5, with two variants coming as wel - one by Judy Jong, and the another from the artistic creation squad of the telecasting game company NetEase..Check them out there:

When asked earlier this year if she'd want to bash more with Silk later on this series, Goo told Newsarama IT was an easy 'yes'.
"I would love to. I had so much a howling experience on this combined," Muck said. "The Silk team, which includes creative person Takeshi Miyazawa and colorist Ian Herring, were so welcoming and talented. They ready-made my first experience really enjoyable and I learned a ton. Information technology would represent an respect to do more!"
This Silk series comes as the Spider-adjacent Hero of Alexandria is reportedly being prepped for a alone live-action TV series past Sony.
